Refund Policy

Credit purchases

Credits are sold as one-time digital goods. They are non-transferable. Unused credits do not expire.

Automatic refunds (in credits)

  • If an AI generation fails on our side or at our model provider, the credits spent on that generation are automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Refunds appear in your credit history within a minute of the failure.

Money-back refunds

We offer a money-back refund on a credit pack purchase if:

  • You request it within 7 days of purchase, and
  • You have not used more than 20% of the credits in that pack.

Once the majority of a pack has been spent on successful generations we cannot refund it, because we have already paid the AI model provider for those generations.

How to request a refund

Email lindsleyinvestments@gmail.com from the address on your account with your order ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Disputed transactions on accounts with usage may result in the account being suspended.
