Refund Policy
Last updated: 8/14/2026
Summary
Credit purchases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits are generally non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded only for duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical issues. If a refund is issued, unused credits will be revoked. If credits were already spent, the account may show a negative balance and paid features may be frozen until the balance is repaid.
Automatic refunds (in credits)
- If an AI generation fails on our side or at our model provider, the credits spent on that generation are automatically refunded to your balance.
- Refunds appear in your credit history within a minute of the failure.
Money-back refunds
We may refund a credit pack purchase when:
- You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charge),
- You were charged in error (billing error), or
- A verified technical issue on our side prevented you from using the credits.
Successful AI generations and any credits that have already been spent are non-refundable, because we have already paid the underlying AI model providers for that compute.
What happens when a refund or dispute is processed
- Unused credits from the refunded pack are revoked from your balance.
- If those credits were already spent, your balance may go negative.
- While the balance is negative, paid features (AI video generation, Animate Image, Creator Mode, downloads) are frozen.
- Your account is flagged for review by our team.
- You can still sign in, view your dashboard, see your history, and use free-tier read-only features.
The same handling applies to chargebacks and disputes opened with your bank or card issuer — whether initiated in Stripe or by your bank.
How to request a refund
Email lindsleyinvestments@gmail.com from the address on your account with your order ID and a short description of the issue (duplicate charge, billing error, or technical issue). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Disputed transactions on accounts with usage will trigger the credit clawback and account-freeze handling described above and may result in the account being suspended.
