StoryLuma AI respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

Your uploads

By uploading an image, video, audio file, or other input, you represent that you own it or have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use it, and to allow StoryLuma and its AI providers to process it to fulfill your request.

Do not upload or generate infringing content

  • Copyrighted films, TV, music, or artwork you do not own or have licensed.
  • Trademarked logos, brand names, or characters without permission.
  • Photos or footage of people who have not consented to their use.
  • Content that recreates a specific living artist's, actor's, or musician's likeness or voice without consent.

Ownership of outputs

Subject to your compliance with our Terms, Acceptable Use, and AI Content Policy, you own the AI outputs you generate. Some jurisdictions do not extend copyright to purely AI-generated works — confirm before commercial use.
