StoryLuma AI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account info: email address, name (optional), authentication credentials.
• Content: the business details and prompts you submit, and the AI-generated outputs we save to your account.
• Usage: credit balance, transactions, timestamps, basic device and IP data for security.
• Payments: handled by Stripe; we store a payment record (status, amount, pack) but never your card details.
• Email subscriptions (optional): if you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address, the page you subscribed from, an unsubscribe token, and (if you were signed in) a link to your user account.

How we use data

• To provide the service: generate content, track credits, save your creations.
• To improve reliability and prevent abuse.
• To send important account or service emails (receipts, password resets, security notices) — these are transactional and do not require opt-in.
• To send product updates, launch offers, and creator tips only if you explicitly subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every marketing email or at /unsubscribe.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers required to run the service: our hosting, database, authentication, AI model providers, email delivery, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing support. Deleting your account removes your profile, balance, transactions, creations, and email subscription.
