One-time credits — no subscription

StoryLuma AI sells credit packs as one-time purchases. You are not signing up for a recurring plan. Credits do not expire.

Pricing

Current credit pack prices are shown on the Pricing and Buy Credits pages. Prices are in USD and processed by Stripe.

How credits are spent

• Each generation (video, image, voiceover, etc.) deducts a fixed number of credits, shown before you confirm the job.
• If a generation fails, the credits for that job are automatically refunded to your balance.
• Every credit change (purchase, spend, refund, adjustment) is recorded in your transaction ledger.

Refunds

Because credits are used to pay third-party AI providers on your behalf as soon as you generate:

• Used credits are generally non-refundable.
• Unused credits may be refunded only for duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical issues that prevented use. Contact lindsleyinvestments@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
• Refund decisions are at StoryLuma's reasonable discretion.

Refunds revoke unused credits (clawback)

When a Stripe refund or chargeback is processed, the credits from that purchase are revoked from your balance in proportion to the refunded amount.

• If those credits were still unused, your balance simply drops.
• If those credits were already spent, your balance may go negative.

Negative balance & feature freeze

If your balance is negative, or your account is flagged for a refund/chargeback pattern, paid features may be temporarily frozen until the balance is repaid by a new purchase. Frozen features may include AI video generation, AI image generation, voiceover, animate-image, and downloads.

Chargebacks

Bank-initiated disputes are treated the same as Stripe refunds: credits are clawed back and the account may be frozen or terminated. We may contest chargebacks with usage evidence when appropriate.

Taxes

Prices shown are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Where required, Stripe will collect applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout.

Free signup credits

New accounts receive complimentary credits to try the service. Free credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may be revoked in cases of abuse or multiple accounts.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe. StoryLuma never stores your card details. See our Privacy Policy for what payment data we retain.
