Cookie & Analytics Notice
Last updated: 7/29/2026
StoryLuma AI uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage to make the service work. This notice explains what we set and why.
Strictly necessary
- Authentication — session tokens stored in browser localStorage/cookies so you stay logged in.
- Payment session — a short-lived Stripe session identifier during checkout.
- Preferences — UI state such as sidebar open/closed.
Analytics
We use first-party server logs and Lovable's built-in project analytics to measure aggregate traffic, errors, and performance. We also use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XFW4TLC3E3) to understand how visitors find and use StoryLuma. Analytics storage is set to denied by default and only activates after you choose "Accept analytics" in the consent notice; you can decline and nothing analytics-related is stored. We never send prompts, uploaded-file URLs, payment details, or personal information to analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Payments
Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention. See Stripe's cookie settings for details.
Controlling cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout.
